Got Questions? We've got Answers!

If you’ve got a burning question, chances are the answer is hiding right here!

If you don’t see what you’re looking for or just want a little extra help, I’m always happy to assist where I can.

Dive in below and let’s see if we can clear things up!

Booking your hair and makeup 8-12 months in advance ensures you secure your preferred artist before dates fill up. My calendar often gets booked a year in advance, so by planning ahead, you lock in your spot and guarantee your dream look with a trusted professional. Don’t wait—those prime dates go quickly!

  1. Fill out the contact form on the Contact page
  2. Once I confirm availability, I’ll reach out for any additional details if needed.
  3. I’ll send you a draft quote for review. Once you accept, you’ll receive the formal quote, invoice for the booking fee, and contract to sign.
  4. Your date will be secured in my calendar as soon as I receive the signed contract and proof of booking fee payment.
  5. Finally, I’ll send you a confirmation email to officially lock in your booking.

I totally get it—choosing the right artist is a big deal! That’s why any good artist should have a solid online portfolio with videos, before & afters, reviews, and professional shots to help you feel confident in your choice.

That said, if you’re still unsure and want to meet in person (or just want to play with some makeup!), you’re more than welcome to book a trial. Just keep in mind, the trial is a standalone service and won’t be deducted from your wedding package or replace theconsultation included. Also, a little heads-up: a trial doesn’t hold your wedding date in my calendar—so be sure to book early!

A bridal Preview Consultation is a planning session where the bride and makeup artist/hair stylist discuss the vision for the wedding day look. It’s essential for aligning expectations, understanding skin and hair needs, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The consultation is focused on communication and planning to make the wedding day beauty experience seamless.

Bridal Consultations are available from Tuesday to Thursday between 08:00 and 17:00 to ensure that you receive our full attention and care.

Fridays through Mondays are dedicated exclusively to our wedding commitments and quality family time.

Our minimum booking requirement is R7,000 when booking directly with me, Natasha, and R4,000 when booking with one of our talented team members.

You can always add more hair and makeup services, but once they’re booked, they can’t be removed.

If you’re unsure about a guest, just leave them off for now and we can add them later—though it’ll depend on the availability of assistants closer to the time. If the getting ready location changes, no worries—I’ll re-quote if needed.

For bookings with more than 7 services, or if time is tight, I bring in an additional artist.
Let’s be honest, after 7 services, I’m pretty knackered! Plus, I like to spend a little extra time pampering the bride and making sure she looks PERFECT. The assistants I work with are absolute pros in the makeup and hairstyling industry, and their skills are incredible. You’re in very good hands!

Time is dependent on the looks you’re going for, here are some estimates to consider:

  • Bride makeup 1h – 1h30min
  • Bridal party makeup 30 – 45min
  • Bride hair 1-2 hours
  • Bridal party hair 1 hour
The TS Pro-Team is a group of highly skilled and trusted hair and makeup artists who work alongside Natasha. Handpicked for their talent and expertise, they maintain the same high standards and style that Natasha is known for. Whether you’re working with Natasha directly or one of her Pro-Team members, you can expect exceptional service and artistry that will leave you feeling beautiful and confident on your special day.

Before securing your booking, I’ll let you know exactly which artist from our talented team will be assigned to you. That way, you’ll have full confidence in who will be helping you look and feel your best on the day. Once you’re happy, I’ll send over the invoice to confirm and secure your date. We want you to feel fully informed and excited about every step of the process!

We take our bookings very seriously, and it would take something truly significant for your artist not to be there. We have systems in place to simplify handovers, ensuring a smooth transition if a replacement is needed. This way, there’s minimal disruption, and everything goes according to plan without any complications. You’ll still be in safe hands, with all the details taken care of.

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis to keep things fair. I receive multiple inquiries every week, and it’s not uncommon to get several requests for the same date. Because of this, I can’t hold any wedding bookings without a signed contract and a booking fee. Once those are in place, your date is officially reserved!

TRAVEL: Is calculated for a round trip from the artists home to the venue and back at R5 p/km

ACCOMMODATION: For locations over 150km an accommodation fee will apply per artist booked.

When browsing inspiration photos on Pinterest, it’s important to note that many models are wearing extensions—not necessarily for length but for added volume. Keep this in mind as you consider the look you want to achieve.

Please note: I only instal clip-in extensions. If you’re looking for tape-in or other types of extensions, I recommend visiting your hairstylist for instalation.

For high-quality clip-in extensions, have a look at the following brands:

  • Front Row Hair Extensions
  • Strands of Love
  • Novella

These options will help you achieve that full, voluminous look you’re aiming for!

We charge a flat fee for all additional hairstyling services, which includes short hair and blow waves. Interestingly, blow waves often take longer than regular styling since we need to prep, blow-dry, and then thermally style the hair to achieve the desired look. So, whether it’s short hair or a blow wave, the time and effort required are factored into the flat rate.
